The Chic are a band of music, mainly funk, which had a big hit mainly in the years settanta.La band was formed in 1976 with Nile Rodgers on guitar, bassist Bernard Edwards and drummer Tony Thompson.
With the three musicians were also two vocalists Norma Jean Wright (later replaced by Luci Martin) and Alfa Anderson.
Their sound is well mixed with the funky disco also because of the low Bernard Edwards was much more of a rhythmic pulse that could be heard in various tracks of the time. Bernard
